Alcoholic Fermentation: in stainless steel tanks
Malolactic fermentation: in oak barrels (1.800 Lt.) and barriques
Aging: 15/18 months, 50% in Slavonian oak barrels (1.800 Lt.) and 50% in French oak barriques
Bottle aging: 12 months minimum
